How it works?
K& J Maintenance Service: Advance Squirrel Control uses a machine called a PERC Machine.

PERC Stands for Pressure Exhaust Rodent Controller. PERC® is specially designed for use in gopher control, ground squirrel control, prairie dog control and similar burrowing rodent management services, including in; Agriculture, Pest Control, Municipalities, School Districts, Airports, Vineyards etc.

Because Carbon Monoxide is used, this is an efficient, humane way to get rid of pests without the use of harsh poisons and explosives. Therefore, this helps human and wildlife population.

The exhaust gas from a gas motor, that drives a compressor, is routed through a set of cooling coils into the intake ports of the compressor. The exhaust gas is then pressurized to 110 PSI in a pressure tank and injected into the burrows with a wand-probe.

Pressurized exhaust gas (2.5% carbon monoxide) is injected into burrows using multiple probes or hose extensions, purging the air from the burrow in seconds. The burrowing creature then proceed in the painless, peaceful circle of life.
